Trust HR Manager within the Trust Central Team, part of the Bishop Konstant Catholic Academy Trust.
We are seeking to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic HR practitioner to join our friendly and professional team. This is an exciting time to join the Trust as we embark on our new three-year strategy.
The Bishop Konstant Catholic Academy Trust comprises of three Secondary Schools and twelve Primary Schools. We have a vision for our Trust that goes beyond our individual academies and that changes our perception from my academy to our academy. Working collaboratively, each academy benefits from others’ strengths and expertise within the Trust, and practically from the services provided and procured by the Trust central team.
Reporting directly to the Head of HR, you will take a lead on the strategic and operational plans for recruitment and onboarding as well as working as part of the HR team to deliver an efficient and effective service providing advice on a wide range of issues taking account of current legislation and best practice.
To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of HR generalist experience and be able to manage a range of casework. You will also be an effective professional communicator, be self motivated and be an excellent team player. Ideally, you will be qualified to CIPD level 5, have experience of working with school terms and conditions and within a unionised context.

Salary: Grade 10 SCP 32 to SCP 35 £40,221 to £43,421 per annum
Hours of Work: Monday - Thursday 8.00 am – 4.00 pm and Friday 8.00 am – 3.30 pm (All year round)
